We had some past winners in attendance as well as some new faces for the July Kids’ Mystery Fish Challenge and Bass Series Tournament. Even with foggy and hot, humid weather over the weekend, both tournaments were fun for beginner and experienced anglers alike!

Memorial Day Weekend Ends With Sunshine & Fish

There was quite a bit happening at Lake Isabella this past Memorial Day weekend. We awarded the winner of the Colossal Fish Contest and hosted our third Kids’ Mystery Fish Derby. Despite the cool temperatures, it was a fun weekend on the lake.

May 22 was a beautiful sunny day for a fishing tournament at Winton Woods. When teams began to return to the dock, it quickly became clear that carp was key to winning the Rod Busting Tournament.
