Great Parks’ boathouses are fishing for suggestions, and we are hoping to catch some new ideas. Maybe you want us to start carrying your favorite brand or think we should charge a higher entry fee so that you have a chance to win more prize money at tournaments. Upcoming Events
Don’t forget to mark your calendar, because there are not one but two more fishing events this year! The next is the final Rod Busting Series of the year on October 15 from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at Lake Isabella. Regardless if this is your first or fourth in the series, you can still win first or second for that day.
Our last fishing event for the 2016 season will be our Turkey Day Open, on November 12 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Miami Whitewater Forest. At this annual event, teams will compete to weigh in their best six catfish for a chance to win a turkey and other prizes.
