April’s Volunteer of the Month is Katie Dietsch. Katie has been a long-time student of the Winton Woods Riding Center (WWRC). Currently, Katie has been focusing on Contesting and competes at the schooling horse shows in the Open Division.

As soon as Katie was old enough, she signed up to be a volunteer. She now is a dependable volunteer with the Special Riders Program and Special Olympics, and she is looking forward to helping with badges and trail rides when she’s not so busy! Katie can also be found hard at work in the barns cleaning stalls and assisting with lessons. She’s pictured here with her current favorite horse, Bailey.
