On April 5, Miami Whitewater Forest hosted the first of four, full-field Great Parks Junior Mini Tour events. The 13-17 age division boys’ winner was Blake Litzinger and the girls’ winner was Kelsey Wessels. The 10-12 age division boys’ winner was Albert Kwon and the girls’ winner was Julianna Zhang.

This year is the first year for the younger division. All of the players accumulate points for each event to determine who will compete in the tour championship, which will be played later this summer at Sharon Woods. The next tour event is scheduled for May 3 at Shawnee Lookout.
