Replay: Searching for Ohio Winter Birds

Join us on our Facebook page every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. for a live video with Great Parks staff! We’ll have story time, take nature walks, meet ambassador animals and more. We’ll post replays here in case you miss one, and don’t hesitate to comment on past videos – we’ll keep answering questions in the comments!

Why go birding in the winter? Well, believe it or not, many bird species come to southern Ohio for the warmer temperatures! Conservation & Parks Technician Jeremy is at the bird blind at Sharon Woods where we’re looking for Ohio winter birds – some we may see you can only find in winter, others are found throughout Ohio and others are Hamilton County residents year-round.
