Use fruit to make homemade holiday ornaments! Outreach Manager Sarah shows you how to make a holiday-inspired nature craft in today’s broadcast. We’ve listed the supplies here. Follow the steps in the video below to create your own fruit holiday ornament.

Supplies you’ll need:

  • Sharp knife (kids, be sure to ask a parent, guardian or caregiver for help with cutting fruit)
  • Fruit of your choice – Sarah recommends citrus fruits like grapefruits or lemons
  • Oven or a dehydrator (This step will require adult supervision and assistance)
  • Yarn or string
  • Scissors
