Those age 50 and over are invited to get their year started on the right foot with Walk Club, sponsored by The Christ Hospital Senior Care Preferred Plus and Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky! The club kicks off Wednesday, March 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Winton Centre in Winton Woods.

Walkers are invited to bring a lunch and learn about the upcoming opportunities with Walk Club, including the Spring Wildflower Stroll on April 3 at Winton Woods and the Brown Bag Luncheon on May 1 at Farbach-Werner Nature Preserve, both at 11:00 a.m. The kick also includes a walk around Winton Lake.

Walk Club events are held at different parks and are led by Park District volunteers. It is a free and flexible program that allows walkers the option to choose the days they wish to participate. Along with bi-monthly meetings promoting healthy living, the Club also offers nature hikes led by Park District naturalists.

A valid Hamilton County Park District Motor Vehicle Permit ($10.00 annual; $3.00 daily) is required to enter the parks.
